They set out the administrative conditions for use, content submission, provision of deliverables, intellectual property considerations, and the limited liabilities applicable to the site and its registry. Permitted Use and Access
Access to the compendium and to the public registry is provided for informational, documentary, and scholarly use. Use that attempts to circumvent access controls, to reprocess materials in a manner that breaches third-party rights, or to republish restricted artifacts without explicit permission is not permitted under these terms.
Submissions, Registry Processing, and Documentation Standards
Contributors who submit artifacts for registry processing must supply the documentation fields specified in the compendium: a provenance statement, variable dictionary, aggregation notes, permitted transformations, and a sample extract where relevant. Registry processing is documentary and administrative: submitted materials are evaluated for completeness of required metadata and for structural compatibility with existing classification keys. When documentation standards are met, the registry may issue an identifier and archive a versioned artifact. Registry issuance is not an assertion of validation, endorsement, or accuracy; it records the documented state and provenance of the submitted material. Submitters remain responsible for ensuring that any personal data included in submissions are handled in compliance with applicable data-protection requirements and that appropriate consents or redactions are in place where necessary.
Intellectual Property and Licensing
Intellectual property rights in materials remain as indicated by contributors and by associated licenses. The compendium and registry may include materials published under permissive, attribution, or other defined licenses; users must respect the license terms attached to each artifact. Where no explicit license is provided, users should treat the material as copyrighted and seek permission before reuse beyond fair-use or permitted documentary purposes. The site reserves rights to its own site design, templates, and branding. Requests for reuse or redistribution of registry artifacts should be directed through the contact channel and will be handled in accordance with the contributor's declared license and with applicable legal frameworks. Any produced deliverables supplied under services engagements are accompanied by an explicit deliverable statement that sets out licensing and permitted reuse conditions for that engagement.

They are provided for informational and documentary purposes and do not constitute advice, recommendations, endorsements, or forecasts. The registry records the documented state of submitted artifacts and does not validate the substantive content beyond metadata completeness and structural compatibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zezexsite Research Ltd. and its affiliates disclaim liability for losses arising from the use or interpretation of materials hosted on the compendium, for errors or omissions in contributed artifacts, and for decisions made on the basis of registry items. Administrative services and templating are delivered as described in engagement records; the project does not accept liability for downstream uses of deliverables beyond obligations stated in a scoped engagement agreement. Users are expected to exercise independent judgment and to document interpretive assumptions when applying registry artifacts in analytical contexts.
